Refund & Replacement Policy

At Hope With Growth, every item is made to order to reduce waste and honour the planet. Because of this print-on demand process, we handle refunds and replacements a little differently from mass-produced brands.

💚 If Your Item Arrives Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect

We want you to love what you ordered. If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, please email support@hopewithgrowth.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please Include:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Clear photos of the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
You’ll never be charged again for our mistake.

🌿 If You Ordered the Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind

Each item is printed individually for you, so we can’t accept returns for size, colour, or preference reasons.
To help you choose correctly next time, please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

That said, we believe in kindness.
If you’re unhappy, reach out to us — we may be able to offer a partial refund, store credit, or discount on your next purchase.

🕊️ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production (usually within a few hours of purchase).
Email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel, and we’ll confirm whether the order can still be stopped.

🌼 Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, the money should appear within 5–10 business days.
(Stripe’s small processing fee is not returned to us, but you’ll always receive your full refund amount.)

🌏 Lost Packages

If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery time, contact us at support@hopewithgrowth.com.
We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or full refund.
